What we don't collect

No DNS write access
Free tools and monitoring are read-only. We query public DNS records. We never access your DNS provider account unless you explicitly grant ongoing access through a managed plan.
No email content
We check DNS records, not email content. We never read, store, or process the contents of your emails.
No selling of data
We don't sell your data to third parties. Your domain information is used only to provide the service.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics — page views, feature usage, and conversion tracking. PostHog sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors. We use this data to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles.

We don't run third-party advertising trackers. No Google Ads, no Facebook Pixel, no retargeting.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Server logs are retained for 90 days. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time. We'll respond within 30 days.
