What we do

DNS Doctors monitors your domain's DNS records — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, MTA-STS — and tells you exactly what's broken and how to fix it. We generate clear, prioritized reports instead of vague warnings. When you'd rather not touch DNS yourself, we fix it for you.

Why we exist

Most businesses don't think about DNS until email stops arriving or a domain gets spoofed. By then it's an emergency. DNS Doctors exists because keeping DNS healthy shouldn't require an expert on staff or a weekend of Googling.

You know your business. You shouldn't also have to know the difference between p=none and p=reject, or why your SPF record is hitting the 10-lookup limit. That's our job.

Run a free DMARC check or start a full deliverability checkup. We scan your DNS records and compare them against current best practices for Gmail, Outlook, and other major providers.
Fix
Get exact DNS records to copy and paste, or let us apply them for you. Every fix includes the specific record, where to add it, and why it matters. No guesswork.
Monitor
Turn on monitoring to catch drift and regressions before they affect delivery. Daily checks, smart alerts, and a weekly health digest. Calm by default — no noise unless something actually matters.
