Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?
All plans — self-serve and managed — are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts.
What does "managed" actually mean?
We become your DNS operations team. We continuously monitor your domains, identify issues — deliverability, security, drift — and proactively apply fixes through your DNS provider's API. Every change goes through you for approval before it goes live. It's an ongoing service, not a one-time project.
What counts as a "domain"?
A domain is a single root domain like example.com. Subdomains (e.g. mail.example.com) are included with the root domain and don't count separately.
What's included in the free tools?
The DMARC checker (and future tools) are free with no signup. You get instant results plus copy-paste DNS record suggestions. Unlimited lookups.
Do you need access to my DNS provider?
Not for free tools or self-serve monitoring — those are read-only. For managed plans, we connect through your DNS provider's API to apply changes on an ongoing basis. You approve every change before it goes live, and you can revoke access anytime.
What if I need more than 50 domains?
The Enterprise plan covers unlimited domains with a dedicated account manager. Reach out and we'll put together a plan that fits.
